I am sad about the death of Sonna. I recall when she came to me at the School of Nursing and said she wanted to get her RN/ BSN. She worked very hard to achieve all the numerous challenges to get her new credentials. I was always very proud of her achievements. she was a great nurse an a strong and conscientious student. Sonna was the BEST!!!!! We worked together at St. E.. She was one of a kind. She was always more concerned about her patients and their needs over her own. Fly high with those new angel wings because you wore out the ones you were born with.

I went to high school with Sonna. She was always kind hearted… Even back then. I’m not surprised she worked in the field of nursing. I’m sure she touched many hearts and lives through her work. So sorry for your loss. Praying God gives you comfort and that your memories will help you too.

    To Michael ,David & Family,
I am sorry I was not able to attend Sonna’s funeral. I was in the same class as Vicky. I loved them both. I saw Sonna, a few months back at Arni’s. She had her book to read. She always had a smile. She was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Vicky, was the same way. Michael, I didn’t know you. I do remember when David was little. My grandma lived a few houses down from you guys. We lived on West Barner St. I live in Lafayette, now. You both had great parents.
God Bless both of your families.
