Pete L. Eubank 54 of Frankfort, died at 11:27 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2016 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation Center.  Born August 15, 1961 in Lafayette to Leonard & Shirley (Elliott) Willoughby.   Pete was adopted by Charles and Teresa (Plunkitt) Eubank at age 17.

Pete attended Rossville Schools and was raised in the Mormon Faith.

Visitation and Services

No public services are being planned.

Father: Leonard (stepmother Carmen) Willoughby of Indianapolis, Mother: Teresa Eubank of Tell City, Brother: James Eubank of Ft. Wayne, 3 Sisters: Sherrie Minzey of Frankfort, Loretta Fallen of Indianapolis, Kelley Eubank Click of Tell City, 2 Half Sisters: Carry Moore of Mooresville, Janice McCune of Indianapolis, 1 Half Brother: Richard Willoughby 2 Step Brothers: Jerry Willoughby and William Cooley both of Indianapolis

Preceded by:

He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Shirley (Elliott) Willoughby and his adoptive father, Charles Eubank.

    Myself and the staff at Clinton House are so very sorry for your loss. Pete was a great man. He was always so happy and full of life. He will be greatly missed.
