My heart has been so heavy since hearing about Peggy. You’d have to know a lot of people to ever find one like her. They don’t come along very often. Her kind heart & sweet personality was only the beginning of the Peggy we loved. We grew up next door to each other & were good friends. The whole family is very special to me. Love to you all, & my prayers are with you.

  29. MaryAnn Stockberger August 2, 2017 at 11:34 pm

Our prayers & sympathy to the Lukasik family. Peggy always had a smile on her face, and was so sweet. Peggy took a start of off her lilac bush for my daughter, as we had planted it there from my parents lilac bush. How kind of Peggy to do. Today that lilac bush stands tall and beautiful in our yard. RIP Peggy!

To the Lukasik Family, My heart is broken to know that we have lost a very special, kind and loving lady. She was just as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. I have known Peggy for many years I was always so happy to see her and hear her kind and gentle voice. She was always so uplifting and had such a gentle spirit. You could always tell she was happy to see you. She truly loved each and every person that she touched. She was the nicest person I have ever met and I will miss her. 33. Eva Howe August 3, 2017 at 4:20 pm

My name is Eva (Wyrick) Howe and I was in same class as Janet and Peggy was a year below us. We were friends and got together at different events throughout school years. I was sad to hear about the loss of Peggy.

We had a church rummage sale last year and Peggy came in. It was the first I had seen her in several years, but I recognized her right away. We had a good talk and caught up on each others lives. I am glad that I had that opportunity to see her again.

I’m sure you all will miss her. I will keep you all in my prayers.

  34. Lisa Lushin August 4, 2017 at 3:14 pm

  35. Patty Butler August 5, 2017 at 7:53 am

Peggy was one of the sweetest people I knew. She and I taught CCD for a couple of years at St. Mary’s here in Frankfort. She always seemed to have a smile on her face or one in her pocket to give away. Not only did she have that wonderful smile but she had kind words and laughter to give away too. Just remembering Peggy puts a smile on my face.
Peggy will be missed by many. She touched so many people through her actions and smiles.
May the numerous memories you hold of Peggy bring you comfort and peace in the days, weeks, and years to come. God bless and keep all of you in His care. Prayers and loving thoughts to all of you.
Memorial Masses will be offered in Peggy’s memory.
