Paul Swope Wilson 84 of Frankfort, IN, died at 7 p.m. June 13, 2011 at the Indiana Veterans Home, West Lafayette, IN. Born January 19, 1927 near Manson, Indiana in Clinton County to the late Roy & Emma Mae (Swope) Wilson. Mr. Wilson attended Little Jeff High School. He worked at the Coke Plant for 7 years, Wood Specialty in Frankfort and was a house painter for 15 years, retiring when he was 62. Mr. Wilson was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Jefferson United Methodist Church.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2011 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.

Sister: Emma Amthauer of Delphi 3 Nieces: Ellen Barker (Bob) of Lafayette and Wanda Hudson (John) of Lebanon, Dixie Lee (Bill) of Frankfort 3 Nephews: Bob Slaughter (Carole) of Katy Texas, Steve Wilson (Cathy) of Lafayette, and Philip Wilson of Lebanon, as well as other nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, James, Ralph, Claude & Martin and 1 sister, Dorothy Slaughter.
