Patsy Lee Amos 62, of Frankfort, IN, died at 11:45 a.m. Sunday, August 16, 2009 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born July 25, 1947 in Clinton County, IN, to the late Loney W. Galey Jr. & Ethel (Bailey) Galey. Her marriage was to Clayton Amos and they divorced. Mrs. Amos was a 1966 graduate of Frankfort High School and received her QMA from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. A lifelong Frankfort resident, her memberships include; First Church of the Nazarene, Eagles and Eagles Auxiliary. She worked as a QMA for the Frankfort Nursing Home.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 10:30 Friday, August 21, 2009 at the Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 4-7 p.m. with an Eagles Auxiliary Service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be Bunnell Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Amos family, envelopes will be available.

1 Son: Brian Yakovich of Frankfort 2 Daughters: Samantha (Billy) Godbey of Frankfort and Donna Yakovich of Frankfort 2 Sisters: Darlene (James) Smith of Frankfort and Judy Galey and companion Max Fisher of Frankfort 1 Brother: Loney (Ida) Galey III of Bloomington, IN 4 Step Children: Louanne (Dennis) Morrow of Delphi, IN, Clayton (Lori) Amos of Frankfort, IN, Dorsel Amos and companion Elizabeth Cook of Frankfort, IN and Jeff (Sheri) Amos of Greenfield, IN 10 Grandchildren

Preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Donna Jean Galey.

    Dar we are so sorry to hear of the loss of your sister Pat. She was a real sweat heart.. know that she is now resting in the arms of an angel.

    My heart goes out to the family. I am very sorry for your loss. I took Patsy by ambulance to dialysis for 2 years and also worked at dialysis and cared for her there. She was like my 2nd mom. I will miss her so much. She was a very sweet and caring lady. She will always be remembered.

    I am so sorry for your loss,Wed. evening at church I found out for I do not take the paper, so many kind words were said about Pasty, if there is anything I can do please let me know ..you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers..I’ve known the girls for a long time please tell them they, too, are in my thoughts for Pasty was a person who could lift your spirits when you were down. she will be missed by many ..
