Patricia M. Crabtree Lassiter 80 of Frankfort, IN, died at 11:18 p.m. July 1, 2012 at Wesley Manor Health and Retirement Center. Born August 11, 1931 in Montpelier, IN to the late Clifford Manson & Eva Mae (Augspurger) Knox. She married Grant T. Crabtree in January 1951 in Frankfort and he preceded her in death on December 6, 1972. She then married Leslie G. Lassiter on September 1, 1974 in Frankfort and he preceded her in death on May 21, 1996. Mrs. Lassiter was a 1949 graduate of Frankfort High School. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. She enjoyed needlework, reading, and gardening and dearly loved her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 4 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 2 until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Kilmore Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton County Cancer Fund or Trinity United Methodist Church.

1 Daughter: Marcie (Steve) Nickols of Frankfort 1 Son: Mike Crabtree of Auburn 1 Step-Son: Layne (Michelle) Lassiter of Auburn 1 Brother: Robert E. (Betty) Knox of Rossville 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by sister, Dorothy Heilman and brother Richard W. Knox.

    Marcie and Mike, I am sorry to hear that Aunt Patty had died. I have many fine memories of her and her sense of humor.
