Marietta I. Emery 79 of Frankfort, IN. died at 8:15 p.m. June 18, 2011 at Friendship Health Care, Indianapolis. Born August 5, 1931 in Charleston, IL to the late Shelby Alexander & Fleeta Leota (Myers) Knight. She married Carl Nelson Emery on September 2, 1950 and they divorced. Mrs. Emery attended Pentecostal Church. She worked at Wesley Manor in housekeeping and Clinton House as a nurse’s aid.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Victory Chapel Church, Frankfort, IN. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton County Cancer Fund or Clinton County Humane Society. Goodwin Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

She was preceded in death by a son Donald Eugene Emery in 1954.
