Lectia Annalee Blackburn 65 of rural Frankfort, IN, died at 7:15 a.m. December 22, 2010 at her home. Born February 8, 1945 in Zula, KY to the late J. H. & Adell (Smith) Jones. She married Donald E. Blackburn in Monticello, KY. Mrs. Blackburn grew up in Wayne County, KY and was a 1962 graduate of Wayne County High School. She moved to Frankfort in 1964. She worked at Federal Mogul for 35 years and was a press operator and inspector. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Alpha, KY and formerly attended East Washington Street Church of Christ in Frankfort.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, December 27th from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Cancer Fund, envelopes will be available.

Husband: Donald E. Blackburn of Rural Frankfort 3 Sons: Terry Blackburn (Ruth) of Brownsburg, Jerry Blackburn (Susan) of Austin, TX and David Blackburn (Rhonda) of Michigantown 2 Daughters: Melissa Bryant (Grant) of Frankfort and Donna Blackburn (companion Mathew McQuern) of Frankfort 3 Sisters: Gertie Shelton of Albany, KY, Jewel Harmon (Leonard) of Monticello, KY and Delia Thacker of Lynchburg, VA 16 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson, Jett David Blackburn Several nieces and nephews also survive.
