Fran, my dear sister, is gone too soon. As very young children we were very close, but we were separated too soon. I remember that on one special day we decided we would get married when we grew up. We were upset when our sister Brenda, once again, crushed our dream. She informed the two of us that brothers and sisters were not allowed to marry each other. What a dream crusher. Oh well, it probably would not have worked out anyway; Fran would always beat me in all the games we played which left me very upset and crying. We never had much time together which is very sad. The limited memories of our time together are very precious to me. Of the four of us, I am the only one left to share our memories; Jerry, Brenda and now Fran all gone too soon. Fran, you were always, and always will be, in my heart. Rest in peace my dear sister. Why did you have to leave us too soon?

Your loving brother Bill (Billy) Bay and sister-in-law Delli Bay

Dave, I am sorry to hear this. Fran was surely one of the nicest people around…always a smile. I hadn’t seen either of you in a while but it was always pleasant…we had some fun times “back in the day!” Our thoughts and prayers will continue.

Dave sorry for your loss. No more pain does she have. Now she’s in the hands of God. Remember some day you will see her again. Marsha and I know you will need people to talk to, so just call if you need a friend.

I am sad to hear of Fran’s Passing. May God hold her family in his arms of Love and get them through this time of Grief. Fran worked at the Pizza King when I was the manager there. She was a top notch worker, a kind and gentle soul and fun to work with. Fran stands in presence of the most perfect Love we can ever know, no pain, or tears. God bless and keep her and her loving Family.
