D. Duane Joseph 64 of rural Frankfort, died at 10:06 p.m. July 8, 2011 at his home. Born September 6, 1946 in Frankfort, IN to the late Durward C. & Carrie Martha (Allen) Joseph. He married Bonnie J. Todd on September 14, 1968 in Jefferson, IN and she survives. Mr. Joseph attended Jackson High School, was a 1964 graduate of Clinton Prairie and was a lifelong Clinton County resident. He retired from Delco Electric in Kokomo, IN after 31 years. Mr. Joseph served in the National Guard for 6 years. He attended New Hope Church. He always liked to keep busy outside, loved his grandchildren and enjoyed watching them play sports.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 12th from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the Indiana University Health Hospice, Attn: Methodist Health Foundation, 1800 North Capitol Ave., P.O. Box 7168, Indianapolis, IN 46207-7168.

    I was sorry to hear about Duane. I have many fond memories of you both, and enjoyed talking with Duane at the last reunion. Take care of yourself and take comfort from your children and grandchildren.

    To the Joseph Family,
    Duane was a very nice man. He worked for a time at CTS in West Lafayette. Besides being good at his work he was always quick with a smile, a joke and the answers to a cross word puzzle during break time.

    We are sad to hear about Duane’s passing. He was a great person and he will be truly missed. I have so many memories that can be cherished from childhood that involved Duane and the whole family. My deepest thoughts and prayers are with you guys.
