Connie Jo (Peak) Kemerly 54, of Lebanon, IN, died at 4:45 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Witham Hospital, Lebanon, IN. She was born August 19, 1957 in Frankfort, IN to Wayne H. & Jo Ann (Shoulders) Peak and her mother survives. She married Toby Leach on July 11, 1975 and they divorced. In 1990 she married Terry Kemerly and they divorced. Connie was a former Frankfort resident and a 1976 graduate of Frankfort High School.

Visitation and Services

Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 3, 2012 at Buntin Cemetery, County Road 550 S, Frankfort. Rev. Lewis Smith will officiate. No visitation is planned. Memorial donations may be made to the TPA Park Christmas Light Fund.

2 Daughters: Becky J. Leach (husband, Steve) Cook III and Bessie S. Leach (husband Shaun M.) Shepherd, both of Frankfort Nieces: Lisa R. Gorman (husband Leslie) Loveless of Frankfort and Julie Snell (husband Buzz) Turner of Michigantown Brother: Scott Crutchfield of Greenville, SC 6 Grandchildren
