Libby, David and kids, I know there are no words that can ease your pain at such a tragic time. I can only imagine your pain and grief. I will say that it looks like Caroline has touched more lives in a positive way than many of us will no matter how long we spend on this earth. I know, in my heart, that Caroline is the happy, healthy little girl she always deserved to be. Now that God has called her home I hope that she is playing with my dad. I am sure that they will be best buddies. I know that Uncle Joe will take good care of her till everyone of us can be together again. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and we love you guys very much. If Connie, Katey or myself can help in any way, please let us know. Love Joey

    Dear Libby:
I want to use every possible way to tell you and your family how sorry I am. I am very grateful for knowing Caroline and what knowing her did to me and to Ana Sofía is a wonderful gift that we will keep in our hearts. Of course, that gift has its price, and it is the enormous pain and grief that her death leaves us.
We are lucky because we know that she is better now, because we believe in a higher power, a God who gives us the opportunity to meet with those we love and because is just a matter of time to see her and play with her again.
I do not know how you feel, I can only imagine. I find hard go to work or be with my kids because I can’t stop thinking about her beautiful eyes and her great great smile. I can’t imagine how it must be for you and David. My heart is with you and every day and night I will ask God for comfort and patience to wait for the day we are all together again.
    With all my love. Gloria.
