Brenda Faye Wallace 71, of Clarks Hill, IN, died at 7:20 a.m. December 25, 2013 at St. Elizabeth East, Lafayette, IN. Born January 27, 1942 in Cannolo, Missouri to William R. & Thelma Lee (Downs) Knuckles. She married Edward Lewis Wallace Sr. on May 22, 1960 in West Terre Haute, IL and he preceded her in death on June 23, 2009. Brenda attended school in Marshall, Illinois. A cook, she worked at the Duck in Diner for 15 years and Southfork Pub in Mulberry for 11 years. She was of the Baptist Faith. Brenda enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 2-6 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 30, 2013 at the funeral home. Pastor Russell Greg will officiate. Burial will be in Clarks Hill Cemetery.

3 Sons: Anthony (Dianna) Ray Wallace of West Lafayette, Jeffery James Wallace of Clarks Hill, Donald Lewis (Sheri Lynn) Wallace of Clarks Hill, 2 Sisters: Betty June (Russell) Greg of Bloomfield, IN, Dorothy (Larry) Myers of Clinton, IN, 4 Brothers: Cliff (Linda) Knuckles of Frankfort, Donald (Monty) Knuckles of Kokomo, Ted (Susan) Knuckles of Tipton, Mick (Mikki) Knuckles of Frankfort, 7 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded by:

A son, Lewis Edward Wallace Jr and a brother Roger Dean Knuckles.
