We here in Clinton County have lost a great American and loving Father, Brother, Grandfather and Husband. I do not know how anyone will ever be able to replace him. He has been the driving force behind every Veterans Ceremony at Veterans Park and the military honor guard at hundreds of Veterans funerals. I have had the great honor of working with Bill on many Veterans events and have never heard a cross word come from his mouth about anyone.

Wanted to let the Miller family that know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Dad wanted to attend but health problems prevent him from doing so. Dad lost a former neighbor and friend. He enjoyed the years they spent on projects at the VFW. Have enjoyed attending the Veterans Day Ceremony with Dad the last few years and know Bill did a great deal in setting these programs up. Local Veterans have lost a great friend.
