    Dear Ragains family,
I have such fond memories of Dean and Shirley as some of our most willing and loving foster parents and of you kids as great siblings for our fosters. I am so thankful for Dean and Shirley being such accepting and guiding parents for Gene, throughout his life. Such wonderful people! They have many, many stars in their crowns now that they are with their Savior. Take care of yourselves. Memories of Dean and Shirley will live on through their many, many children.
